Gathering Experiment: Peak Moments

I’ve told you about the Heath brother’s book The Power of Moments and today I invite you to experiment with crafting a peak moment for your next gathering.

As the Heath brothers describe it, a peak moment contains an element (or combination) of:

✅ Elevation

✅ Insight

✅ Pride

✅ Connection

AN EXAMPLE FOR INSPIRATION

At an in-person retreat with my team at Gap Inc., we did the sweetest activity: decorating one puzzle piece per colleague with their most-valued attribute.

I still keep a few at my desk as a reminder of my impact on others (8 years later…!).
