    Go on a journey of self-discovery, reflecting on a series of prompts to craft your unique one-sentence mission statement, then explore how to live into your purpose more fully.

    • Create a life purpose statement that reflects you and reflect on how to embody it more fully. 

    • Feel empowered to leverage life purpose as north star in decision-making, both professional and personal. 

  • Rest is essential to show up as our full selves and yet tends to be deprioritized. This interactive workshop provides space to expand your understanding of rest and explore how to integrate more rest into your day-to-day.

    Intended outcomes:

    • Develop a more holistic understanding of rest. 

    • Take tangible, ongoing steps to nurture your inner rested leader. 

  • Discover how creating space for post-event/program discussion to reflect on successes and lessons learned can pave the way for continuous improvement and innovation in this dynamic, participatory workshop.

    • Facilitate deeper understanding of potential debrief components

    • Inspire attendees to debrief more often and with more intention, ultimately resulting in increased organizational impact
