Gather Better offers two levels of support
Gathering Glow Up
Identify key opportunities to boost engagement for an existing/upcoming gathering with a meeting makeover.

You complete a brief questionnaire of existing/upcoming gathering’s agenda to guide clarity session conversation
Meeting makeover clarity session to align on your gathering’s purpose, outcomes, participatory strategies, and develop an action plan to experiment with components to stop/start/continue
Post-gathering reflection session to discuss how experimentation went and refine plan for further improvement
Start-to-Finish Support
Expert guidance to design and facilitate a purposeful gathering, infusing intentionality at every step. Ensure your offsite/training/convening/etc moves your work forward.

Pre-Gathering:
Facilitate high-level strategy sessions (including retrospective of previous gatherings if applicable and visioning for upcoming gathering) to develop strategy that guides planning process
Create timeline to guide experience design process
Connect on a weekly basis (TBD # meetings depending on gathering complexity, typically ranging from 4-16 weeks) to keep planning moving forward and on track
Oversee session development process, including sourcing/coordinating external speakers/facilitators and coaching internal facilitators
Create run-of-show to guide and ensure seamless day-of event flow
During Gathering:
Emcee gathering and/or facilitate specific participatory sessions
Provide behind-the-scenes support to ensure all goes smoothly
Post-Gathering:
Create + analyze post-gathering survey to ensure continuous improvement
Facilitate debrief conversation to align on what went well and areas of opportunity for the future
